3. EligibilityBy using our services, you confirm that you:Are at least 18 years old.Have the authority to enter into a binding contract.Are using the service for business or commercial purposes (not as a consumer).

4. User Content & OwnershipYou retain ownership of all photos you upload (“User Content”). By uploading content, you grant Ecomdesignlab a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, modify, and use your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal rights (e.g. copyright, trademark, and model releases) to upload and use the images you submit.

5. Generated ContentThe images generated using our platform may be used for commercial purposes, including display on your online store. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the generated content for your brand’s marketing and sales purposes.You may not resell or sublicense the generated content to third parties.

6. Payment and RefundsAll pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change.We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're unsatisfied with your results for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting support@ecomdesignlab.ai. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Prohibited UseYou agree not to:Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.Misuse the service for fraud, impersonation, or misleading marketing.Reverse-engineer or attempt to access our AI systems.Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
